Case Study 1

The applicant has been a tenant running a pub for six years. Trade has been steadily improving but the main oven in the kitchen needs renewing at a cost of £5,000. To make things more difficult a tax bill of £5,000 needs paying within three weeks. We were contacted by the client’s accountant to see if we could help. A quick chat told us that he had no property to secure against. He did however take an average of £12,500 per month via his credit card terminal. By using our Cash Flow Plus product we were able to secure him a cash advance of £10,000 within ten days.

Case Study 2

Our client has owned his newsagent for twenty years. He remortgaged his premises last year and due to the credit crunch no longer has that option to raise funds. In order to develop the business further he wanted to refurbish the store and extend the opening hours. The total refurbishment would cost him £32,000. We were able to source asset finance for £22,000 and used our Cash Flow Plus product to fund the remainder. The work was completed within six weeks and the cash advance was paid off within six months.

Case Study 3

We were approached by a leading retail franchise operation. One of their franchisees was suffering severe cash flow problems due to the fact that he had recently paid a corporation tax bill. He was now unable to afford to re-stock the shop. When we spoke to him it was clear he was in severe trouble but we realised immediately that he qualified for an advance via Cash Flow Plus. Within ten days we were able to advance him sufficient funds to completely re-stock the shop and continue trading.
